Do some activity @loselikeaman @weightwatchers

Activity breeds activity. One of my favorite one liners from my days working for KForce. It really is true though professionally as well as from a weight loss standpoint. For instance, if I go to the gym and do a moderate 45 minute workout on the eliptical, I get 9 activity points back. This basically means I can eat 9 more points on top of my alotted points for the day. Hell, even mowing the grass for 45 minutes gets me 4 activity points.

My weigh in yesterday was only down .2 pounds from last week which is not too bad considering I ate a steak twice and went to a bar and ate bar food. WW really works. It helps you make better choices. I am cool with only being down .2 pounds. Total weight loss = 19 pounds since May 5th. This is a ton of weight and I am pumped. Peace out peeps
