Cookies and Cream Shake

Cold, creamy and sweet. A wonderful way to celebrate the hot days of summer.

Ingredients

  2 cup(s) fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
  1/2 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
  1/8 tsp mint extract, optional
  4 item(s) cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie(s)

Instructions

  • Place yogurt, milk and mint extract in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Add cookies; blend for a few seconds until combined. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.
