Monday Motivation

Good morning, Good morning.  Today is going to be a great one.  Started with a fresh cup of Cheerios for breakfast and some black coffee.  TRACK, TRACK, TRACK.. This is my “ah ha” for the week.  If I track everything that goes in my body, I lose weight.  It is just that simple.  I haven’r worked out in 2 months, which is terrible, but I lost 5 pounds simply by just tracking what I eat.  I know it is easier said than done, because last week was not a breeze by any means.  WW really works if one follows the plan.  Going to go on a recipe hunt and will post some in a bit.  Hope you all have a great week.  Later
