Day 1

Hello and good morning.  Today is the day. It is finally here. I have a killer attitude and a clear mind. I knowwhat needs to be done and I will do anything to get there. First up, I have to activate my Weight Watchers account. Second, I need to drink about 64oz of water to shock my body into thinking its full!  Lastly and certainly not least, I need to keep a log and track everything that I eat. This is the most crucial step.  I will send a progress note later on today.  Breakfast is 1 cup of Cheerios, a banana and a handful of strawberries. Have a great day
